I rented a movie and now I'm getting error code 524 No more Licenses, why?

When renting a movie, the movie comes with one license. This license can be used to either streaming the movie or download, not both. If you stream the rental and you experience error code 524 during the 24 or 48 hour viewing window, please try the following: - Restart the device - Try playing the movie - Press OK on the 524 error code display - You will see the player and a black screen for a few moments - Wait for the movie details to appear - Back at the movie details page, try playing the movie again Please note that this procedure may not work on all devices; if this doesn't pertain to you or if you still have issues, please contact support.
