This is a general error from Cinemanow and usually means there has been a disconnect from the Cinemanow server. Most often this happens if your internet connection is interrupted or times out. Try these steps to resolve the issue: If this occurred when playing back a movie (either a rental or purchase), try to start playing it again by doing the following: Go to the Cinemanow main menu and select Library. Select your movie. On the movie page, click Resume Play . If the movie does not play or the message occurred when trying to access other portions of Cinemanow, there could be a general connection issue with your internet service provider (ISP).
